This powerful experience is designed to awaken your own body's life force energy, leading to deep emotional clearing and heightened consciousness within a supportive group container - the energy is amplified in a group setting.
In the session, you'll simply lie back and receive a flow of potent energy which I channel, allowing your body's innate wisdom to guide the process. There's nothing to do but be open to receiving the energy. This is a chance to to let go of what no longer serves you and to embrace this energy in your life moving forward. You will then be guided on how to integrate this energy after the session.
